Eligibility for Refunds
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods such as fresh produce and dairy products, refunds are only available if the items arrive damaged or spoiled. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items may be eligible for a refund if returned within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds:
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.

Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
